About the Role
You will manage plant-wide IT security, reduce risks through self-checks, advise application owners, coordinate with international IT functions, conduct IT management audits, maintain IT management structures, support infrastructure changes, troubleshoot plant IT, and provide first-level Industry 4.0 support in manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field
- English proficiency at least B1 level
- IT architecture knowledge in manufacturing
- Network and technical IT knowledge
- Experience with manufacturing processes
- Understanding of local processes
- Understanding of IT systems and structural elements
- Ability to analyze authorizations and vulnerabilities
- Ability to analyze business requirements and assign IT roles
- Ability to work in international teams

- Knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, and SAP is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Manage plant-wide IT security
- Reduce security risks through operating self-checks
- Consult and support application owners on IT security topics
- Coordinate internationally across IT functions
- Conduct IT management self-audits
- Formulate plant IT management standards
- Set up and maintain plant IT management structures
- Communicate with the global IT management team
- Report status to the plant manager
- Manage plant-wide networks, servers, and databases
- Coordinate local IT changes and projects
