About the Role

You will review compliance with the Credit Information Act, Personal Information Protection Act, and Information and Communications Network Act. You will assess legal impact of personal credit information processing across services and propose improvements. You will draft and manage internal policies and privacy notices, and respond to regulator inspections with on-site support and written opinions.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney under Article 4 of the Attorney-at-Law Act
  • Practical knowledge and application ability of the Credit Information Act and Personal Information Protection Act

Responsibilities

  • Review compliance with credit information, personal data, and information network laws
  • Assess legal impact of personal credit information processing and propose improvements
  • Draft and manage internal management plans, privacy policies, and user rights procedures
  • Respond to regulator inspections and prepare written opinions
