About the Role

You will develop and execute performance marketing strategies, run and optimize large-scale online campaigns across channels, and lead client acquisition efforts. You will analyze data, design and run A/B tests, optimize budgets and creatives, report performance to senior management, and ensure campaigns meet compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a fast-growing European fintech
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, communication or related field
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the crypto industry
  • Excellent communication, analytical and numerical skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up
  • Ability to manage large budgets autonomously and efficiently
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau or PowerBI
  • Strong expertise in attribution modeling and cross-channel measurement
  • Comfortable working in regulated industries with awareness of advertising compliance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategy
  • Run and optimize large-scale online campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and app stores
  • Lead client acquisition strategy across digital channels and markets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing materials and creatives
  • Analyze campaign data and translate insights into tests and optimizations
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve performance
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend new strategies
  • Prepare regular performance reports and KPIs for senior management
