About the Role
You will develop predictive workforce models and build automated data pipelines using SQL and dbt. You will design survey methodologies, create dashboards, and support AI-driven analysis of unstructured feedback. You will maintain data integrity through metric dictionaries and a semantic layer for People KPIs.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Have an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Summer 2028
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
- Provide a portfolio or projects demonstrating analysis of complex datasets
- Have preferred HR internship or co-op experience
- Demonstrate project coordination and communication skills

- Create executive-ready visualizations and dashboards
- Collaborate on AI-driven analysis of unstructured feedback and documentation
