About the Role

You will drive project execution by tracking milestones, identifying and removing bottlenecks, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. You will step in to fill resource gaps, summarize meeting decisions, write and maintain SOPs and workflows, assist day-to-day operations, and improve processes. You will collaborate with product, engineering, compliance and other teams to align execution with goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management or related roles
  • Strong coordination and execution skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Business-level English for reading and writing documentation
  • Structured thinking and strong writing skills for organizing operational documents
  • Solid understanding of roles and responsibilities and permission logic

Responsibilities

  • Identify and remove bottlenecks to maintain project progress
  • Fill resource gaps proactively to ensure continuity
  • Summarize and communicate key discussion points and decisions from meetings
  • Write and maintain internal documentation including SOPs, workflows, and access control logic
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and improve internal processes for efficiency
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of PRD templates
  • Use enterprise internal operation systems from a design or user perspective
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance and other teams to align execution with goals
