About the Role
You will drive project execution by tracking milestones, identifying and removing bottlenecks, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. You will step in to fill resource gaps, summarize meeting decisions, write and maintain SOPs and workflows, assist day-to-day operations, and improve processes. You will collaborate with product, engineering, compliance and other teams to align execution with goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management or related roles
- Strong coordination and execution skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Business-level English for reading and writing documentation
- Structured thinking and strong writing skills for organizing operational documents
- Solid understanding of roles and responsibilities and permission logic
Responsibilities

- Fill resource gaps proactively to ensure continuity
- Summarize and communicate key discussion points and decisions from meetings
- Write and maintain internal documentation including SOPs, workflows, and access control logic
- Assist in day-to-day operations and improve internal processes for efficiency
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of PRD templates
- Use enterprise internal operation systems from a design or user perspective
- Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance and other teams to align execution with goals
