Operations Project Manager

About the Role
You will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution, track milestones, and remove bottlenecks. You will write and maintain internal documentation and SOPs, summarize meeting decisions, step in to fill resource gaps, assist day-to-day operations, improve processes, and contribute to PRD templates when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles
- Strong coordination and execution skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Business-level English (reading and writing) capable of drafting meeting notes, summaries, and internal documentation
- Structured thinking and strong writing skills in organizing operational documents
- Solid understanding of roles and responsibilities (R&R) and permission logic
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or payment-related industries (nice to have)
- Previous experience managing software development projects (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Drive project execution by tracking milestones, identifying bottlenecks, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Step in to fill resource gaps to ensure continuity and progress
- Summarize and communicate key discussion points and decisions during meetings in a clear and timely manner
- Write and maintain internal documentation including operation SOPs, workflows, and access control logic
- Assist in day-to-day operations and improve internal processes for efficiency
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of PRD templates
- Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and other teams to align execution with goals
