About Gensyn
Gensyn is a protocol and network for decentralised machine intelligence. Its infrastructure includes AXL for peer-to-peer communication between machine-learning nodes, CHAIN for persistent on-chain identity, and REE for cryptographic verification of training, inference, and settlement computations. Gensyn also operates Delphi, an on-chain information market where humans and AI agents trade predictions settled by verified AI oracles. Requirements
- Autonomy and ability to drive work forward in a high-entropy environment
- Deep appreciation of small-scale, high-powered teams
- Web3 experience, preferably with low-level Web3 protocols
- Machine learning experience as a developer or power user
- Cryptography engineering with a focus on GPUs
- Understanding and navigating AI and crypto regulations
- Cryptoeconomics and game-theoretic design
