About the Role
You'll join the Kuala Lumpur technology hub of MoneyLion as a Mobile Engineer Intern, working on impactful projects that enhance MoneyLion's mobile finance features. You'll gain hands-on experience with React Native and agile development practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This internship is open only to Malaysian nationals, with final year students preferred, and requires a commitment of 6 months.
Requirements
- Proficiency in mobile app development (iOS/Android) using relevant programming languages and frameworks such as React Native
- Strong interest in fintech and the specific department applying for
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Able to commit to a 6 month internship
- Must be a Malaysian national
Responsibilities
- Develop mobile app features for iOS/Android using React Native
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives
- Assist with coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting tasks
- Conduct research and analysis to support team goals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Learn and utilize relevant technologies, tools, and methodologies
