About the Role
You will design and scale distributed training workflows, build reproducible ML environments, and develop CI/CD pipelines for model testing, training, and deployment. You will implement experiment tracking and model versioning, monitor production models and systems, and connect research models to production systems.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production ML or software infrastructure
- Experience with distributed training on Kubernetes and Docker
- PyTorch Distributed knowledge
- DeepSpeed knowledge
- SLURM or Kubernetes scheduler experience
- CI/CD pipeline experience for ML
- Cloud infrastructure experience
- Experiment tracking and model versioning experience
- Prometheus and Grafana experience
- Python and system design skills
Responsibilities
- Design and scale distributed training workflows
- Build and maintain containerized ML environments
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning systems
- Implement experiment tracking, model versioning, and reproducibility workflows
- Set up monitoring for model performance, system health, and production drift
