About the Role
You will architect and build personalization and recommendation systems from the ground up. You will model user preferences, create curated feeds, collaborate on generative-model personalization, and take systems from research through production and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience building recommendation systems or personalized feeds from scratch
- Ability to design and ship curated content experiences
- Experience with media-based personalization
- Foundations in machine learning, representation learning, and deep learning
- Python
- PyTorch or JAX
- Ability to independently own complex systems end to end
Responsibilities
- Architect and build personalization and recommendation systems
- Design algorithms that model user preferences and taste
- Build curated feeds that balance exploration, personalization, and aesthetic coherence
- Co-design personalization mechanisms for generative models
- Contribute to personalized image-generation research
- Collaborate with product, design, and research on personalization
- Take systems from research and prototyping through production and iteration
