About the Role
You'll work on a range of product areas and user journeys, combining discovery and evaluative research to understand user needs, test product decisions, and identify usability and adoption barriers. Your work will help teams make better decisions based on real user evidence rather than assumptions. You'll collaborate closely with the lead UX researcher, product managers, designers, analysts, customer support, and other stakeholders. You'll independently lead well-defined research projects, contribute to larger and more complex studies, and communicate findings in a clear and practical way.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX research, product research, or a closely related role
- Hands-on experience with user interviews and usability testing
- Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to independently manage a research project from planning to reporting
- Ability to separate strong evidence from assumptions and directional signals
- Ability to analyse complex information and communicate it in a clear, practical way
- Comfortable working with product managers, designers, analysts, and technical teams
- Ability to manage several research activities at different stages without losing attention to detail
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Interested in fintech, crypto, wallets, payments, or other complex digital products
- Experience in crypto, financial products, security-sensitive products is a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct moderated and unmoderated usability testing
- Run user interviews, concept tests, and exploratory research
- Support surveys, including design, data quality checks, and analysis
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, pain points, and behavioural differences
- Turn research findings into clear, evidence-based conclusions for product and design teams
- Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and research summaries
- Work with product managers and designers to define research questions and choose appropriate methods
- Maintain research documentation, repositories, scripts, and templates
- Help improve research processes and increase the use of user evidence across the company
