Build systems that make Entendre AI native by creating internal agents and tools that improve developer experience, internal operations, efficiency, and knowledge management.
Requirements
- Proven experience building scalable internal tools, agents, or workflow-automation products
- Strong understanding of developer workflows, context management, and internal process automation
- Proficiency in software development, API building, and integrating diverse systems
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience developing internal agents such as coding agents, CRM agents, or customer support agents
- Ability to architect solutions that treat the company as an evolving, accessible knowledge base
Responsibilities
- Design and ship internal agents focused on developer experience, operations, and knowledge management
- Define and maintain context architectures including documentation, code repositories, and APIs that internal agents can reason about and utilize
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and design systems to eliminate them permanently
- Develop lightweight internal products such as CLI tools, Slack bots, and Chrome extensions
- Document tools and systems so others can extend and maintain them
