Requirements
- Proven experience building scalable internal tools, agents, or workflow-automation products
- Strong understanding of developer workflows, context management, and internal process automation
- Proficiency in software development, API building, and integrating diverse systems
- Excellent documentation and communication skills to facilitate team-wide adoption and extension of your work
- Experience developing internal agents such as coding agents, CRM agents, or customer support agents
- Ability to architect solutions that treat the company as an evolving, accessible knowledge base
Responsibilities
- Design and ship internal agents focused on developer experience, operations, and knowledge management
- Define and maintain context architectures—including documentation, code repositories, and APIs—that internal agents can reason about and utilize
- Identify key bottlenecks in workflows and design systems to eliminate them permanently
- Develop lightweight internal products, such as CLI tools, Slack bots, and Chrome extensions, to empower teammates with powerful capabilities
- Document all tools and systems you build to ensure they are easy for others to extend and maintain
