About the Role
You will perform client KYC reviews independently using established policies and procedures. You will develop an in-depth understanding of institutional KYC requirements and apply them to both traditional and crypto-native client types. You will lead and own review processes from start to finish, identify gaps, navigate roadblocks, and manage competing priorities to meet strict deadlines. You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams, participate in cross-group calls, and deliver high-quality KYC due diligence in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Experience performing due diligence reviews for institutional client types (Investment Managers, Funds, Money Service Businesses, Banks, Operating Companies)
- Ability to compile AML and non-AML due diligence through public research
- Experience in cross-team project management and facilitation
- High attention to detail
- Experience in a client-facing role providing support or guidance
- Ability to problem-solve and navigate roadblocks
