About the Role
You will own sourcing for data center mechanical equipment, including CDUs, chillers, pumps, dry coolers, and piping packages. You will negotiate multi-year supply agreements, dual-source platforms, coordinate equipment qualification, and align specifications with manufacturing and design schedules.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing major mechanical equipment for data center or industrial programs.
- Experience negotiating multi-year committed volumes with mechanical OEMs.
- Knowledge of liquid-cooling equipment.
- Experience managing factory schedules and witness points.
- Direct-to-chip liquid-cooling experience.
- Modular skid package experience.
- Factory acceptance testing experience.
- Knowledge of refrigerant and coolant markets.
Responsibilities
- Own the data center mechanical equipment category.
- Negotiate multi-year supply agreements with mechanical OEMs.
- Dual-source CDU and chiller platforms.
- Drive qualification work for second-source equipment.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and design to freeze specifications early.
