About the Role
You will design and build components for grinding and finishing cells, including fixturing, end effectors, mounts, guarding, and machine hardware. You will turn CAD designs into fabricated and assembled hardware, deploy and debug cells at customer facilities, and take ownership of increasingly complex mechanical problems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Strong CAD skills
- Experience building real hardware
- Interest in learning robotic grinding and surface finishing
- Comfort working on a factory floor
