About the Role
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for marketing roles, from kickoff through offer acceptance. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates, deliver a strong candidate experience, and improve recruiting processes while managing multiple searches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across marketing functions
- Experience recruiting for a technical product
- Ability to manage multiple searches
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own Marketing hiring goals and the full-cycle recruiting process
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements for each role
- Build candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing and outreach
- Partner with recruiting coordination to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Refine and scale the recruiting process
