About the Role
You will review and approve marketing campaigns and materials for regulatory and internal-policy compliance. You will monitor live campaigns and affiliate activity, provide actionable feedback, track regulatory changes, and help update policies. You will also support compliance monitoring, reporting, audits, risk assessments, and training. In addition, you will evaluate phone calls and email communications, provide staff feedback, and prepare quality reports with corrective recommendations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- High accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
- CySEC Advanced certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Review, approve, and monitor marketing campaigns and materials for compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct pre-launch reviews across digital, print, and social-media channels and provide actionable compliance feedback.
- Monitor live campaigns and affiliate activities and address compliance issues or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, affiliates, and content creators on upcoming campaigns and promotions.
- Track relevant regulatory and industry-guideline changes.
- Assist with updating internal policies and procedures for regulatory developments.
- Support compliance monitoring, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to regulatory reporting, internal audits, and risk assessments.
- Support compliance training sessions across departments.
- Monitor and evaluate phone calls and email communications for adherence to standards, policies, regulatory guidelines, and communication practices.
- Review staff performance using call-recording systems and quality-monitoring tools and provide feedback.
- Prepare and present quality reports, findings, trends, root causes, and corrective recommendations to the Compliance Manager and senior management.
