About the Role

You identify and quantify complex data-driven decisions that reduce fraud exposure. You balance fraud losses, user friction, and regulatory obligations while translating compliance and business requirements into solutions. You improve fraud processes, shape the analytics roadmap, communicate strategy to stakeholders, and lead daily analytics activities to ensure risks are mitigated and KPIs are met.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics
  • Financial crime experience preferred
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong data visualization skills
  • Python skills preferred
  • Ability to handle complex data structures from multiple sources
  • Experience in rule building back testing and optimization
  • Experience with fraud compliance and regulation
  • Experience communicating financial crime processes to business stakeholders
  • Experience building reviewing documenting and optimizing business processes is advantageous

Responsibilities
