About the Role
You will research, prototype, train, evaluate, and interpret predictive and generative machine learning models using protein and nucleic-acid data. You will curate datasets, define evaluation tasks, collaborate on experimental validation, and present computational results to colleagues.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent industry experience in a relevant field
- Machine learning technique development, implementation, and evaluation experience in biology
- Publication record at major machine learning conferences or scientific journals
- PyTorch or JAX experience
