About the Role

You will research medical natural-language-processing problems, including conversation summarization, evidence extraction, outcome prediction, evaluation, and experimentation. You will define research problems and baselines, develop and deploy methods, use clinician feedback to refine them, and publish original research.

Requirements

• Research background demonstrated through papers and a graduate degree or equivalent experience
• High-impact publications at peer-reviewed AI conferences
• Open-source contributions or deployed technology demonstrating real-world impact
• Programming experience delivering machine learning solutions into production
• Experience with PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow, multi-GPU training, and statistical analysis

Responsibilities

• Advance medical NLP research in summarization, evidence extraction, outcome prediction, evaluation, and experimentation
• Publish original research
• Define research problems and baselines
• Develop state-of-the-art methods and ship them into production
• Use clinician feedback to guide refinements and innovations
