About the Role
You will build data pipelines and infrastructure for machine learning research, own training and evaluation workflows, and create tools researchers can use directly. You will improve workload correctness, throughput, cost, and reliability while moving valuable experiments into dependable production jobs.
Requirements
- Software engineering fundamentals and Python proficiency
- Experience operating data-intensive or distributed production systems
- Experience building tooling or infrastructure for engineers or researchers
- Experience across exploratory research and production deployment
- Ability to debug performance and correctness issues
Responsibilities
- Build and scale machine learning research infrastructure and data pipelines
- Own training, evaluation, and scoring workflows
- Design researcher-facing libraries and command-line tools
- Build correctness and sanity checks into the infrastructure
- Move research workflows into production-grade jobs
- Improve inference and scoring throughput, cost, and reliability
- Partner with researchers and engineers to anticipate workflow needs
