About the Role

You will develop and deploy behavioral cloning, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models for robotic tasks. You will use multimodal data, build vision-language-action models, develop robot-control and manipulation methods, and integrate planning algorithms into robotic platforms.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Track record of publishing at top conferences including NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CoRL, or RLC
  • Experience with robotic simulation tools such as Isaac Sim or MuJoCo
  • Experience applying machine learning to robot manipulation
  • Experience building models from scratch and deploying them in real-world applications
  • Experience with pose estimation, segmentation, active perception, and affordance-based bin picking
  • Strong C++ or Python programming skills
  • Track record of deploying scalable solutions for autonomous robotic systems
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy behavioral cloning, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models for robotic tasks
  • Leverage image, force, and torque data to improve robotic manipulation and control
  • Design and implement vision-language-action models
  • Develop strategies for data collection, fleet learning, and continuous learning
  • Develop, optimize, and deploy learning-based robot-control and object-manipulation methods
  • Collaborate to integrate manipulation, control, and planning algorithms into robotic platforms
  • Stay current with advancements in robotics, control theory, and planning algorithms
