About the Role
You will support loan onboarding, closings, and operational setup for private credit and direct lending transactions. You will process fundings, repayments, prepayments, rollovers, and amendments, perform reconciliations, prepare reports, answer stakeholder inquiries, and help improve operational processes and platform functionality.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in loan operations, private credit operations, fund administration, or commercial lending
- Knowledge of syndicated loans, direct lending structures, revolvers, closings, fundings, amendments, and payoffs
- Experience using modern and AI-powered productivity tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to perform interest, fee, payoff, and other loan-related calculations
Responsibilities
- Support loan onboarding, closings, and operational setup
- Process fundings, repayments, prepayments, rollovers, and amendments
- Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations
- Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports
- Respond to internal and external stakeholder inquiries
- Identify process inefficiencies and support platform enhancements
