About the Role
You will design, build, and deliver live and virtual training that teaches practitioners how to operationalize blockchain intelligence. You will create coursework, hands‑on labs, and assessments; brief stakeholders at multiple levels; conduct time‑sensitive on‑chain investigations; and translate emerging threats into practical training scenarios. You will travel frequently within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to deliver in‑person instruction and adapt material to varied information sensitivity levels.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience leading trainings, technical instruction, or operational briefings
- Strong teaching presence with ability to adapt instruction across skill levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience building coursework, curriculum, and assessments
- Blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital assets subject matter expertise or demonstrated ability to rapidly master complex technical topics
- High ownership, strong judgment, and comfort operating in high‑stakes, time‑sensitive environments
- Active U.S. security clearance strongly preferred; eligible and willing to obtain and maintain a clearance (TS/SCI highly preferred)
- Experience in national security, intelligence, defense, law enforcement, or related contracting environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Program-manage and conduct live and virtual training
- Produce learning modules and mixed‑media instructional materials
- Design and deliver interactive workshops, scenario exercises, and hands‑on labs
- Develop and maintain curriculum and update materials for emerging threats
- Create and iterate assessments to validate learner proficiency
- Translate real‑world investigations into training scenarios and playbooks
- Identify, build, and manage relationships with industry and public sector partners
- Tailor training to stakeholder needs and information sensitivity
- Investigate complex cases involving blockchain exploits and illicit finance
- Conduct time‑sensitive on‑chain analysis for partners
