About the Role
You will work closely with clients to solve technical integration issues, using data dumps and technical logs to diagnose problems and articulate clear solutions. You'll take client feedback and concisely describe the issues at hand, collaborating with your team to pass along or escalate problems as needed. You'll bring a passion for new technology, tools, and methods, especially as they relate to games and payments, and you'll use online productivity tools like Confluence, JIRA, Basecamp, Slack, and Google Translate to stay organized and communicate effectively. You'll need to manage a significant workload with a high degree of autonomy, prioritize multiple projects, and pay close attention to detail while understanding the specific needs of each client.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience
- Experience within the video game industry
- Ability to problem solve
- Prior integration experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
- General Integration knowledge
- Ability to handle a significant workload and prioritize projects with high degree of autonomy
- Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities
- Ability to understand specific client needs and problem solve appropriately
- Multilingual proficiency (nice to have)
- Experience with web or game programming such as Unreal or Unity, or higher education in computer science (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues using data dumps and technical logs
- Articulate useful information for solving technical issues
- Describe issues concisely based on client feedback
- Provide customer service to clients
- Pass issues onto appropriate parties or escalate when necessary
- Explain solutions and provide references to appropriate documentation
