About the Role

You will work closely with clients to solve technical integration issues, using data dumps and technical logs to diagnose problems and articulate clear solutions. You'll translate client feedback into concise issue descriptions, collaborate with internal teams to resolve or escalate issues as needed, and stay curious about new technologies, tools, and methods relevant to games and payments. You'll communicate solutions clearly, referencing documentation as needed, and use productivity tools like Confluence, JIRA, Basecamp, Slack, and Google Translate to manage your work effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Experience within the video game industry
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Prior integration experience
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
  • General Integration knowledge
  • Ability to handle a significant workload and prioritize projects with high autonomy
  • Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to understand specific client needs and problem solve appropriately
