You will evaluate project approaches, estimate work breakdowns, and design scalable Java-based backend architectures. You will write high-quality, well-tested code, conduct and lead code reviews, and propose architectural improvements. You will create documentation and diagrams, present technical solutions to clients, evaluate team performance, and mentor engineers while promoting knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate project approaches and estimate project breakdowns
- Lead backend Java development and produce high-quality tested code
- Conduct code reviews and enforce code quality standards
- Propose architectural recommendations and design scalable systems
- Develop documentation with textual content and illustrative diagrams
- Deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations to clients
- Evaluate team performance and handle compensation within the project
- Provide mentorship and leadership to engineers
- Foster knowledge exchange across teams
