About the Role
You will design, implement, configure, support, and troubleshoot large-scale wired and wireless campus and data-center networks. You will deploy network access control, develop policies and roadmaps, build automation tools, monitor network health, and maintain network documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or another STEM discipline and 2+ years of professional network-engineering experience, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work onsite
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of large-scale wired and wireless networks
- Configure, install, and support campus and data-center networks
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless networking issues
- Support network access control deployment using 802.1X
- Develop and enforce network policies and standards
- Plan and prepare project roadmaps
- Develop network automation tools
- Monitor network health
- Create and maintain network documentation
