About the Role
You will perform financial and valuation analyses, build advanced financial models, and support mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions. You will lead due diligence, research live transactions, develop client proposals and presentations, participate in client meetings, and maintain client relationships. You will review analysts’ work, provide training and feedback, identify process improvements, monitor industry trends, and ensure compliance with applicable rules and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MBA
- Prior investment banking experience
- 3+ years as an Investment Banking Associate or equivalent
- SIE Exam, Series 79, and Series 63 acquired within 150 days of employment for US employees

- Travel availability of approximately 10% to 30%
Responsibilities
- Perform financial and valuation analyses for mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions
- Build advanced financial models and apply valuation methods
- Review and guide Analysts’ work
- Lead due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation for potential and live transactions
- Develop presentations, test hypotheses, and communicate financial analysis and research results
- Produce and deliver proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Participate in client meetings and drafting sessions
- Research industries and sectors, monitor key industry drivers, and provide business-trend insights
- Identify process improvements and propose efficiency solutions
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with finance and accounting staff
- Train analysts and provide constructive feedback on work product
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
