About the Role
You will build and enhance the risk management framework of a growing life insurance company. You will monitor and analyze insurance underwriting risk, ALM, liquidity risk, credit risk and operational risk, and review liability reserves, solvency regulations and economic-value-based regulatory requirements from a risk perspective. You will conduct ORSA, prepare reports and proposals for management, and assess risks in collaboration with asset management, actuarial, product and accounting departments. You will develop and operate risk management policies, internal regulations, monitoring indicators and reporting materials, coordinate with the parent company's risk management division, and support responses to regulators such as the Financial Services Agency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical experience in risk management, corporate management, actuarial work, product development, asset management, auditing or compliance at a life insurance company, insurance holding company or insurance-related business
- Communication skills to coordinate and collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders
- Basic documentation skills to organize issues and create reports and materials
- Proactiveness to identify issues and drive improvements involving others
Responsibilities

- Conduct ORSA, prepare reports, report to management and propose improvements
- Assess risks in collaboration with asset management, actuarial, product and accounting departments
- Develop and operate risk management policies, internal regulations, monitoring indicators and reporting materials
- Coordinate with the parent company's risk management division and ensure alignment with group policies
- Prepare internal documentation and support explanations for regulatory authorities such as the Financial Services Agency
