About the Role
You will support deployment and maintenance of distributed infrastructure powering an L1 blockchain and high-performance DEX. You will assist in optimizing transaction pipelines for speed and reliability, build secure production-grade systems, and maintain high-availability infrastructure across cloud and distributed environments. You will apply observability and reliability best practices, run benchmarks, tune systems for low latency, and contribute meaningful improvements to tooling and operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of software engineering experience, with some exposure to infrastructure or distributed systems
- Working knowledge of Rust, Go, or another systems language
- Basic understanding of distributed systems concepts such as consensus, fault tolerance, and latency
- Hands-on experience with Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus
- Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi
- Basic experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Eagerness to learn secure, fault-tolerant infrastructure practices
- Good written and spoken Business English
