About the Role

You will manage and operate information security controls and corporate IT systems to balance safety and productivity. You will handle security policies, incident response, legal and regulatory matters, internal inquiries, and security awareness activities. You will also manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, MDM device management, SaaS licenses, procurement and inventory of IT equipment, and support internal IT requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in corporate IT and information security operations
• Experience operating Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Experience implementing and operating MDM including Apple devices
• Proven experience proposing and implementing improvements to IT and security issues
• Experience handling internal security inquiries and incident response
• Japanese native level

Responsibilities

• Operate information security controls in accordance with policies
• Respond to information security incidents and legal/regulatory matters
• Provide internal security consultation and handle inquiries
• Plan and run security inspections, awareness and training activities
• Manage Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts and permissions
• Administer SaaS license management and renewals
• Deploy and operate MDM (Intune, Apple Business Manager) and device management
• Handle PC and mobile device provisioning, returns, and kitting
• Select, purchase, dispose of and manage IT assets and inventory
• Maintain internal network and Wi‑Fi infrastructure
• Support antivirus and security configuration operations
• Manage domains, websites and SSL certificates
• Support introduction and rollout of business tools
