About the Role

You will transcribe Indonesian speech data, organize text, proofread transcripts, and conduct quality checks. You will follow annotation standards to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and complete. You will also support speech-data organization and review tasks, meet daily delivery targets, and maintain high-quality output.

Requirements

• Be a native Bahasa Indonesia speaker; long-term residence in Indonesia is preferred
• Demonstrate strong Indonesian language proficiency and accurately understand everyday conversations and common speech scenarios
• Demonstrate Indonesian listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Know everyday Indonesian expressions and common spoken-language conventions
• Have basic computer skills and proficiency with office software
• Complete tasks on time
• Current students or candidates able to provide stable internship availability are preferred
• Experience with speech transcription, data annotation, or language processing is preferred
• Experience with Indonesian transcription, subtitle production, or text proofreading is a plus
• Background in AI data annotation, linguistics, or translation is a plus
• Familiarity with Indonesian regional accents, dialects, and colloquial expressions is a plus
• Familiarity with Indonesian-English code-switching is a plus

Responsibilities

• Transcribe and organize Indonesian speech data
• Accurately transcribe, proofread, and quality-check Indonesian audio content
• Process speech text according to annotation standards
• Ensure transcription data is accurate, consistent, and complete
• Assist with Indonesian speech-data organization, review, and other language-processing tasks
• Complete daily task volumes while maintaining delivery quality
