About the Role
You will own the incident-response lifecycle from detection and triage through containment, remediation, and post-incident review. You will analyze incident trends and root causes, report findings, and work across engineering, security, infrastructure, and product to implement broad fixes and lasting improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
Responsibilities
- Own the incident-response lifecycle from detection and triage through containment, remediation, and post-incident review
- Gather and report incident-trend data, patterns, and root causes
- Work across engineering, security, infrastructure, and product to implement systemic improvements
- Ensure the organization learns and improves after incidents
