About the Role
You perform hands-on hardware validation and lab debugging for silicon and platforms, focusing on SerDes, PCIe Root Complex, and Ethernet. You bring up boards, tune links, investigate signal integrity and protocol issues, analyse PCIe link behaviour, and drive root-cause resolution across engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Validate silicon and platforms across real product conditions
- Perform hands-on validation and debugging in the lab
- Validate and debug Ethernet, PCIe Root Complex, and SerDes systems
- Use lab instrumentation and PCIe protocol analysers
- Debug signal integrity, protocol-level, and interface issues to root cause
- Perform PCIe bring-up, LTSSM analysis, link training, equalisation tuning, and interoperability testing
- Drive issue resolution across teams
