About the Role
You will build and operationalise a growth engine across products by standing up campaigns, lifecycle journeys, qualification systems, and analytics to turn signups into pipeline and revenue. You will design and run in-product experiments, optimize onboarding flows, own lifecycle marketing, define metrics and dashboards, and partner with data teams to surface and act on insights. You will also perform hands-on outreach and build scrappy workflows while setting systems up for automation.
Requirements
- Experience driving growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell
- Ability to both strategize and run hands-on campaigns, set up tools, and ship experiments
- Comfort building quick solutions with long-term scalability in mind
- Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, product analytics, A/B testing, onboarding flows, and CRM/automation tools
- Ability to define metrics, instrument funnels, and turn product data into actionable insights
- Experience working with data teams or using SQL to self-serve insights
- Prior experience in product-led growth with self-serve to enterprise motions
- Experience leveraging AI-driven tools to optimize decision-making and workflows
Responsibilities
- Build growth engine by standing up campaigns, lifecycle journeys, qualification, and analytics systems
- Design and execute growth experiments, including in-product flows, onboarding optimizations, email campaigns, and funnel tests
- Operationalize user data to create full-funnel motions that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Define growth metrics and build dashboards; partner with data teams to surface and act on insights
- Tailor growth strategies to different product lines and user journeys
- Run manual outreach and build scrappy workflows while enabling future automation
