About the Role
You will begin your career at Flow Traders with an extensive three-month training program at the Amsterdam office. You will learn about the core business, financial products, trading processes, pricing strategies, and proprietary trading systems. The program includes trading simulations and quantitative classes, followed by a team project and assignment to an established trading desk based on your skills and interests.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in quantitative Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field.
- Demonstrable interest in trading and global financial markets.
- Understanding of financial products.
- Proficiency in a programming language, with Python preferred, and a keen interest in IT systems.
- Ability to deliver under pressure, with excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills.
- Ability to spot opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Interest in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
