About the Role
You will design and own the systems and product experiences that drive discovery, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. You will build public websites, user journeys, experimentation and analytics foundations, content systems, backend workflows, and integrations. You will identify friction, form hypotheses, measure outcomes, improve SEO and AEO, and turn validated learning into durable product capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Own growth engineering strategy across discovery, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
- Design experimentation, event instrumentation, attribution, funnel analysis, content, and lifecycle foundations
- Build user-facing experiences and their backend systems, data models, APIs, webhooks, and integrations
- Identify user friction and form product and technical hypotheses
- Turn validated learning into durable product capabilities
- Partner on launches, localization, and adoption initiatives
- Improve organic discovery and conversion through SEO, AEO, performance, and structured content
- Conduct code reviews and maintain operational ownership
- Use AI engineering tools
