About the Role
You will design and own the onboarding and compliance platform, covering user eligibility, KYC/KYB and compliance review, internal investigation tools, decision logic, data models, and third-party integrations. You will translate regulatory and operational requirements into secure, explainable, testable product behavior; design for failure modes; apply AI and machine learning where appropriate; and own work from architecture through production operation.

Responsibilities
- Own compliance-focused product areas from problem definition through production iteration
- Build maintainable interfaces, APIs, data models, workflows, and integrations
- Translate regulatory and operational requirements into testable product behavior
- Integrate identity, sanctions, blockchain analytics, fraud, and case-management APIs and webhooks
- Design for delayed and reordered events, manual review, outages, retries, and conflicting system states
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, Design, and users
- Apply AI and machine learning to reduce manual work or improve decision support
- Conduct design work and code reviews
- Own operational reliability
