About the Role
You'll build fullstack features using React and Go/Node.js for Juniper and new product lines, shaping how these features work across both web and mobile. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, to design product-facing solutions and make decisions on trade-offs and integration. You'll implement scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and backend, including features for the mobile app. You'll contribute to engineering best practices and help mentor other squad members, while partnering with product, design, and other teams to prioritize what drives real impact. This is a senior, high-autonomy role where you'll own the lifecycle of features from design through delivery, working in a team that values experimentation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong React or frontend framework skills
- Experienced with backend development in Go, Node.js, or other languages
- Experience with distributed systems and a balanced fullstack skillset
- Thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments
- Ability to work on complex systems and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
- Experience with React Native and mobile app development (nice to have)
