About the Role
You will set development goals, plan delivery, estimate tasks, and organize team rituals. You will establish product QA processes and participate in testing and delivery. You will build and develop a support team, maintain competency maps and individual development tracks, define technology choices and frontend architecture, and contribute to architectural discussions.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of frontend development experience
- Have experience working in an Agile or Kanban environment
- Have strong knowledge of React and its ecosystem, including state management and hooks
- Understand backend components such as caches, networks, load balancers, and CDNs
- Develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications
- Have fluent English at B2+ level and strong communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Be familiar with SAFe or other large-scale agile frameworks
- Have automation testing experience using Playwright or Cypress
- Have exposure to key-value and document databases such as Redis and MongoDB
