About the Role
Architect, build, and maintain high-performance front-end applications using Next.js and TypeScript. Implement responsive and accessible UI components, optimize performance, integrate REST and WebSocket APIs, contribute to back-end development when needed, uphold code quality through testing and documentation, and mentor junior developers in a remote environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Expert-level proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
- Strong grasp of modern front-end architecture, performance optimization, and state management
- Experience integrating with REST and WebSocket APIs
- Familiarity with back-end concepts including Node.js, databases, cloud services, and Postgres is a plus
- Ability to own features end-to-end in production systems
- Ability to operate independently in a distributed or remote-first environment
- High execution and iteration velocity
- Prior experience in fintech, trading platforms, or real-time applications is preferred
- Open-source contributions or technically substantial side projects are preferred
- Comfort with rapid iteration and startup velocity
