About the Role

You will execute how the product looks, feels, and moves across markets and products. You will ship production UI and prototypes frequently, contribute to component architecture and the design system, implement motion and micro-interactions, and iterate quickly on experiments until they succeed or are killed.

Requirements

• Senior frontend experience with React
• TypeScript
• Tailwind
• Modern web fundamentals
• Real design taste and experience shipping interfaces
• Ability to prototype fast and ship frequently
• Comfortable with or able to learn web3 stacks (wallets, signing, on-chain reads/writes)
• Familiarity with using AI tools in development

Responsibilities

• Ship production UI for web game-like interfaces, markets, and products on a rapid cadence
• Contribute to component architecture and evolve the design system
• Design and implement motion and micro-interactions end-to-end
• Prototype and iterate rapidly, run multiple experiments per week
• Build consumer surfaces that make financial markets feel like games
• Work directly with founders to translate ideas into shipped product
