About the Role
Design and implement intuitive, high-performance front-end interfaces interacting with blockchain networks, cryptographic systems, DeFi protocols, and zero-knowledge proofs. Develop scalable services, APIs, and testing frameworks, use blockchain SDKs, contribute to public SDKs, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve performance, security, and scalability.
Requirements
- Frontend engineering experience demonstrated through impactful projects
- Experience developing scalable applications, building robust APIs, or contributing to libraries and frameworks
- Passion for learning new technologies and creating innovative solutions
- Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City
- Blockchain experience with EVM chains, Bitcoin, or Solana is preferred
- Knowledge of smart contracts, cryptography, decentralized applications, web services, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment pipelines is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance front-end interfaces interacting with blockchain networks and cryptographic systems
- Develop scalable services, APIs, and robust testing frameworks
- Use open-source blockchain SDKs to interact with networks, protocols, and smart contracts
- Contribute to Halliday’s public SDKs
- Collaborate with design, product, engineering, and business teams
- Innovate and expand the cross-chain protocol
- Implement performance, security, and scalability improvements
