About the Role
You'll sit at the boundary between the company and its customers, helping define the product surface area built with partners. You'll translate customer requests into product feedback, own the integration lifecycle, build shared tooling and SDKs, and debug production issues across system boundaries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping integrations with payment systems, financial infrastructure, and/or banking partners.
- Experience being on the other end of an API and understanding good and bad integration experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to translate between engineering-speak and customer-speak.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Preferred but not required: experience building with stablecoins and/or blockchains.
Responsibilities
- Own the full integration lifecycle with customers and partners from initial scoping and technical design through implementation, testing, and go-live.
- Digest, triage, and scope customer needs into actionable product input that shapes what is built next.
- Design and build shared tooling, SDKs, and documentation that make integrating fast and painless.
- Debug production issues across system boundaries as first responder.
