About the Role
You will embed with customer engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, design practical Cursor-powered workflows, and take them from discovery through production support. You will build, monitor, debug, and improve reliable systems while turning successful work into reusable product patterns.
Requirements
- Experience building and owning production AI-native workflows
- Experience debugging real-world model failures
- Ability to lead discovery conversations and own customer outcomes
- End-to-end frontend, backend, infrastructure, and prompt iteration capability
- Production reliability experience, including metrics, alerts, rollouts, and incident response

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with customer engineers and define success metrics
- Design and build Cursor-powered workflows
- Ship initial workflow versions and harden them through rollout, monitoring, and iteration
- Own production quality, including tracing, evaluations, metrics, debugging, and reliability
- Communicate technical tradeoffs and results with engineering leaders
- Turn customer solutions into reusable patterns and product improvements
