FinCrime Analyst (Junior)

About the Role

You will review and investigate financial crime cases, make decisions on case outcomes, and escalate unusual activity to internal experts. You will follow written policies, procedures, and guidelines, cooperate with other teams to provide efficient customer support, and work rotational 8-hour shifts as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or FinCrime is valued but not required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Familiarity with fintech and cryptocurrency concepts and trends is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable working rotational 8-hour shifts 5 days a week 24/7/365
