About the Role

You will lead the finance function for Ireland, overseeing financial strategy, reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You will build and scale a global fintech finance capability, partnering with leadership, compliance, auditors, and regulators to ensure strong financial governance while supporting rapid growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior corporate accounting experience ideally from a Big 4 audit background with senior management history in a regulated European fintech EMI or digital asset provider
• a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and a valid CA ACA or CPA qualification
• proven track record navigating Central Bank of Ireland or UK FCA supervisory assessments
• strong execution and ability to operate in a fast paced high growth environment

Responsibilities

• lead the finance function for Ireland ensuring strong financial controls reporting and governance
• own financial planning forecasting budgeting and strategic decision support
• oversee regulatory capital financial reporting and compliance requirements in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• manage statutory reporting and financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• partner with auditors regulators banking partners and advisors as needed
• support treasury liquidity management and financial operations across a global fintech environment
• build scalable finance processes and systems to support company growth
• provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
