About the Role
Monitor Wave's premium agency network, identify operational weaknesses, conduct cash audits and inventories, ensure controls and conduct requirements are followed, investigate incidents, support risk analyses, and train agency cashiers and staff.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and good command of English.
- At least 2 years of university-level education in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience handling high cash volumes.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous service-quality assessment or survey/data-collection experience is a plus.
- Work authorization in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is required.
Responsibilities
- Travel regularly to designated premium agencies.
- Carry out cash audits and report shortcomings.
- Execute controls in the control plan.
- Update security and operational risk maps.
- Train cashiers on procedures.
- Raise fraud awareness among agency staff and cash officers.
- Investigate operational and other incidents.
- Conduct end-of-year cash inventories.
- Participate in risk analyses for new agencies and specific projects.
- Ensure agency staff comply with the code of conduct and management instructions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
