About the Role
Plan and execute conferences, webinars, customer and prospect gatherings, and other events. Manage venues, vendors, logistics, budgets, timelines, messaging, content, performance analysis, participant follow-up, and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of events experience, including 3+ years planning technology or marketing events.
- Cross-functional experience with sales, marketing, product development, and communications.
- Budget and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency required.
- French, German, or Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event plans aligned with business objectives.
- Organize conferences, webinars, breakfasts, dinners, and lunches.
- Select venues and manage vendors and event logistics.
- Create event messaging and content.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.
- Analyze event performance and recommend improvements.
- Follow up with event participants in collaboration with sales and growth teams.
- Build relationships with sponsors, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Incorporate industry trends into event marketing strategies.
